Welcome to Statewide Group Training.

Statewide Group Training is an independent, community-based not for profit organisation that has been operating successfully since 1988. Statewide is one of the largest employers of Apprentices and Trainees in the Murrayland Region and covers almost all vocations for both apprenticeships and traineeships.

Host Employers: Statewide Group Training is responsible for organising training, payment of wages, superannuation, Workcover levy, sick leave and holiday pay. This means that as a host employer, you do not have to do any administrative paperwork associated with the employment of the New Apprentice.

New Apprentices/Trainees: Whilst you are working as a New Apprentice for your Host Employer, you remain an employee of Statewide Group Training. We offer great career opportunities, national industry qualifications, mentoring for ongoing support, opportunities for workplace rotation, ensured entitlements, safety, security, tools and equipment.

School-based New Apprenticeships for Secondary Students: These provide an opportunity to gain a head start in your chosen industry or field, financial independence and responsibility, nationally recognised levels of vocational achievement, an alternative path to tertiary qualifications and points credit towards SACE Stages 1 and 2.
